Refund Policy – Istok Retreat Festival

This Refund Policy explains when refunds or exchanges may be issued for tickets and bookings for the Istok Retreat Festival (“the Festival”), organised by Istok Retreat Festival CIC (“the Organisers”).

1. Ticket Sales

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

• However, tickets are transferable: if you can no longer attend, you may give or sell your ticket to another person. Name changes must be notified to the Organisers by email at info@istokretreatfestival.co.uk at least 7 days before the Festival.

2. Event Cancellation

• If the Festival is cancelled in its entirety by the Organisers, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of cancellation.

3. Programme and Line-Up Changes

• The Organisers reserve the right to change or substitute workshops, activities, or the event programme.

• Such changes do not qualify for a refund.

4. Force Majeure

• If the Festival cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the Organisers’ control (including extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, or public health emergencies), refunds may not be guaranteed. Where possible, ticket holders will be offered the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.

5. Accommodation and Extras

• Accommodation bookings (e.g. bell tents, yurts) and paid workshops are also non-refundable unless the Festival is cancelled.
